5 cloves of garlic
500 grams of green and purple grapes without seeds
300 grams of butter 1 bunch of Scent Herbs
150 grams of sugar
50 milliliters of water
100 milliliters of Balsamic Vinegar
Place the turkey in a large pot and introduce the red wine. Add the whole garlic, the herbs and the black pepper. Pour this wine mixture over the turkey and let it marinate a full day. Baste the outer and inner Turkey skin with butter. Then add salt and pepper, cover with aluminum foil and place in oven at 180 degrees for 80 minutes.
For the sauce:
In a cooking pan, add butter. When melted, introduce the grapes and balsamic vinegar. Place the lid over the pan for a few seconds, then add a little brown sugar. Stir and add water, then add more sugar and ground pepper. Place the lid over the pan again for 3-5 minutes, remove the sauce from the pan and place in a bowl.
Take the turkey out of the oven and bathe it with a little of the excess juice released from the turkey and bake again until brown. Remove and decorate with raspberries and sauce.
